Overview
Caring Connections seeks to improve the quality of life of adults in our community by offering spiritual and emotional support through caring relationships.

- Monitoring individuals’ well-being
- Praying together.
This program is designed for adults who are elderly, homebound, disabled or lonely and who would benefit from a care volunteer.

Partner
Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church has found a partner in Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska, Inc. The organization is a statewide, faith-based, not-for-profit social service agency.

Caring Connections receives support from grants provided by Neb Hands, Immanuel Health Systems and Nebraska Health Ministry.
